Prices Continue to Increase Median sales price for Single Family Homes has increased 10.8% since July 2022, while number of sales have decreased 8.9%. Inventory is down 23.3% causing the prices to steadily rise. If you are thinking about purchasing a home right now, you have some POWER. Homes are on average selling for 3% less than the list price. The higher interest rates have made the buyer pool smaller, which means Sellers are more willing to negotiate on their price to get their property sold.
